What do I need to rent a vehicle?
You need to be between 21 and 65 years old and hold a valid driving licence issued more than two years ago. The security deposit is left on a Visa or Mastercard credit card in the name of the person renting.
Can I rent if I'm coming from another country?
Yes. You present the same documents as a resident: identity document and a driving licence issued more than two years ago. The age range is also the same, between 21 and 65.

Yes. It is left on a Visa or Mastercard credit card, in the name of the person renting. The amount depends on the vehicle category and the dates, and we confirm it when you book.
Where can I pick up and drop off the vehicle?
At five points: our main office, Carrasco Airport, the Port of Montevideo, a hotel in Montevideo or a hotel outside Montevideo, such as Punta del Este. You choose them when booking, separately for pick-up and drop-off. Delivery away from the office is arranged with you over WhatsApp, and some points carry a surcharge that is confirmed when you book.
At what times can I pick up and drop off?
Pick-up is from 06:00 to 22:00 and drop-off from 08:00 to 20:00, on the hour. If you need a different time, write to us before booking and we will look at it.
For how many days can I rent?
The minimum rental is 3 days and the maximum is 30. In the summer season the minimum may be longer, and we let you know when you choose your dates. If you need the car for longer, monthly rental is arranged over WhatsApp.
